Hard-drive dock

The NewerTech New Voyager Q hard-drive docking solution turns a 2.5- or 3.5-inch SATA I/II hard drive (up to 2.0TB) into an external drive in seconds.
It can be used with Mac or Windows systems in a simple plug-and-play manner by docking a hard drive on top of the unit.
To me, this device is very handy since I have what is becoming a stack of old drives taken from computers and smaller ones, which I replaced with one having a bigger capacity.
The drives now can be used as storage instead of just collecting dust.
For connections, the unit has FireWire 400 and 800 along with USB 2.0 and eSATA.
After the connection is made, there is nothing else to install.
To remove a drive, users just need to press the eject lever for a safe hard-drive removal.
The desktop unit measures 3.94 x 5.93 x 3.17 inches, weighs 1.32 pounds.
